1.1 Eligibility: You may return unworn and undamaged merchandise purchased directly from our website within 30 days of the delivery date.
1.2 Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
1.3 Return Process:

- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
- Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
